Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store available at kzbstudio.pl, the placement of orders for digital products, and the use of services provided by the Seller.
§ 1. Definitions
Terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:
- Store — the online store operated by the Seller at kzbstudio.pl;
- Seller — KZB Bartosz Noszczyk, VAT ID (NIP): 5771918649, correspondence address: ul. Katowicka 136A/6, 41-500 Chorzów, Poland, e-mail: kontakt@kzbstudio.pl;
- Customer — a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, making a purchase in the Store;
- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase unrelated directly to their professional or business activity;
- Product — a digital product offered by the Seller, in particular WordPress plugins and software licenses;
- Order — a declaration of intent submitted by the Customer via the order form, aimed at concluding a sales agreement for a Product;
- Agreement — a sales agreement for a Product concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the Store;
- Digital Content — data produced and delivered in digital form within the meaning of consumer protection law;
- License — the right to use the Product under the terms and conditions set by the Seller.

§ 3. Technical Requirements
- Using the Store requires a device with Internet access and a web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
- The Seller is not responsible for technical issues arising from the Customer’s device configuration or Internet connection.
- Products are plugins designed for the WordPress platform. The Customer is responsible for meeting the system requirements specified in the Product description.
§ 4. Customer Account
- Making a purchase requires a Store account or placing a guest order (where available).
- Account registration is done via the registration form on the Store website or automatically upon the first order.
- The Customer is required to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and when placing an order.
- The Customer is responsible for all actions performed using their account and must keep their password confidential.
- The Customer may delete their account at any time by contacting the Seller at kontakt@kzbstudio.pl.
§ 5. Placing Orders
- Orders are placed via the form available in the Store after adding a Product to the cart.
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement for the Product in accordance with the order content.
- After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation to the provided e-mail address.
- The Agreement is concluded upon order confirmation and successful payment processing.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in justified cases and will notify the Customer promptly by e-mail.
§ 6. Prices and Payments
- Product prices are displayed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include all applicable taxes.
- The price binding on the Customer is the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
- Payment is processed via the PayPal system. The Seller does not store the Customer’s card data.
- The Customer is required to complete payment at the time of placing the order.
- The Seller issues a sales document (receipt or VAT invoice) in electronic form and sends it to the Customer’s e-mail address. Requests for a VAT invoice must be made when placing the order.
§ 7. Order Fulfilment and Product Delivery
- Products offered in the Store are digital content delivered exclusively by electronic means.
- After payment is confirmed, the Customer receives access to the Product and a license key — sent to the provided e-mail address and available in the Customer’s account panel (section “License Keys”).
- Order fulfilment occurs immediately upon payment confirmation, no later than 24 hours after payment is received.
- The Product license is granted for the period specified in the Product description. A standard license covers 12 months from the date of purchase and may be renewed.
- Renewal before expiry extends the license by a further 12 months from the current expiry date. Renewal after expiry grants 12 months from the date of payment.
§ 8. Right of Withdrawal
- A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without stating reasons within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract.
- Pursuant to applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the Consumer’s express prior consent and with their acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
- By placing an order for a digital Product and selecting immediate delivery, the Consumer expressly consents to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that they will lose the right of withdrawal upon delivery of the Product.
- The above limitation does not exclude the Customer’s rights under statutory warranty provisions.
§ 9. Complaints
- The Seller is liable for the Product’s conformity with the contract under applicable law.
- Complaints must be submitted electronically to: kontakt@kzbstudio.pl.
- A complaint should include: the Customer’s name, the e-mail address used when ordering, the order number, a description of the problem, and the Customer’s claim (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund).
- The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt and notify the Customer of the outcome by e-mail.
- If a complaint is not upheld, the Consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§ 10. Product License
- Purchasing a Product grants the Customer the right to use it under the terms of the license included with the Product.
- Unless the Product description states otherwise, the license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and covers a single WordPress installation.
- The Customer is not permitted to resell, sublicense, rent, or share the Product or license key with third parties.
- Breach of the license terms entitles the Seller to deactivate the license key with immediate effect.
- Product updates are covered by the license for its entire validity period.
§ 11. Personal Data Protection
The rules for processing Customers’ personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
§ 12. Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of their publication on the Store’s website.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid legal or business reasons. Customers with an account will be notified by e-mail at least 14 days before changes take effect. Amendments do not apply to orders placed and accepted before the amendment date.
- A Customer who does not accept the amended Terms and Conditions may delete their account before the changes take effect.
- Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and applicable consumer protection legislation.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under generally applicable procedural rules. For Consumers, the competent court is the court for the Consumer’s place of residence.
